A lot of us do a tremendous amount of sitting throughout the day, often because of work. As a result, many of us find that the muscles of our hips become limited in flexibility and impact the way we move.
We also spend most of the day trying to balance between our personal lives and work. It is quite unfortunate that we don’t mind about our literal sense of balance.
In this workshop, we will explore how yoga can improve hip mobility and balance.
(Consult with your healthcare provider if you had a joint replacement or are currently experiencing pain and/ or are under a treatment plan)
