All about Oma

What is an "Oma" you may ask?
Oma is the German word for grandma. I was born and raised in Germany and I am a grandma to a 4 year old, or as he calls me, Oma!
Yoga has been a part of my life for some time, but I took my Yoga practice a step further. I recently became a certified 200 hour Yoga teacher. I also obtained a certification in Yoga and Mindfulness for children. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and excited to see where this path leads me.
The inspiration for "Yoga with Oma" has to do with my grandson. Without him I wouldn't be Oma, therefore I dedicate each practice to him. I am looking forward to the time I can actually practice Yoga with my grandson. Currently we live on opposite sides of the country.
My passion is to share Yoga with my community. Yoga is for everyone and I hope you decide to practice Yoga with me!
